Was a amazing experience. And I released a lot.

This was INCREDIBLE!! To be cocooned for a week while transitioning into a new season and doing this during an equinox was amazing! I feel rested and ready for the next six months. I have a newfound ease, grace and buoyancy as a result of the energies I received. I felt the energies for the Physical Body Upgrade very strongly up the length of my arms in the evening
particularly on the first and third days. I slept like a baby waking up with feelings of well being and serenity.
On the completion of the upgrade I felt so well I went for a power walk. My connection with The Enlightened
