I hope you are well. I know you said you were not a magician but the blessing helped.
Our tender closed on the Friday with no offers and on the Sunday a couple came through twice that day and offered that night.
It just went unconditional on Friday.
We feel truly blessed to have sold. I have already recommended you to another friend whom is having challenges selling.
